Britton Lumber Company
Manufacturing Division
Our Manufacturing Division produces approximately 10 million board feet a year of high-quality Kiln Dried Eastern White Pine Boards in our sawmill, dry kiln and planing facilities in Fairlee, Vermont.
-
Britton Lumber Company has been sawing Eastern White Pine since 1946. Our logs come from the Connecticut River Valley of central Vermont & New Hampshire, a region know for growing trees which produce high quality, red knotted pine lumber.
-
All of the lumber we produce is sold through wholesalers and wholesale distributors. For further information contact Dan Carrier.
-
All lumber is dried in state of the art steam kilns and graded to Northeastern Lumber Manufacturer's Association specifications.
-
Heat treating and grade stamping are both available.
-
Grades produced include C and D. Selects, Premium (including Finish), Standard and Industrial. For photos of the different grades and other information on Eastern White Pine, see the NeLMA website.
